Crossbraces were used as a means of access. (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 4226 Hardy Avenue, Smyrna, GA 30080. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20'9" while climbing tubular welded scaffold frames and cross bracing when a ladder or other safe means of access was not provided to the scaffold work platform.
