29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 01/14/2013 at 7832/7836 Rockford Road and at 7852/7856 Rockford Road Boynton Beach Florida, nine employees were observed installing/removing roofing material from a steep slope roof without the use of conventional fall protection.
