29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. Emerson Place Subdivision, Josh Valley Lane-Braselton Hwy., Lot #20A, Lawrenceville, GA (Jobsite) - The employee was exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were in the process of installing siding to the exterior of the newly constructed home while working off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 15 feet above ground, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 01/23/13.
