29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. (a) East side, new residential construction located at 1592 Walker Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 10-inches to 22-feet, 6-inches while installing siding on a pump jack scaffold system without the triangular braces or equivalent at the bottom of the support poles to prevent accidental movement or collapse of the system.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) East side, new residential construction located at 1592 Walker Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing Hardie-Plank Siding on a Alum-A-Pole Pump Jack Scaffold Platform at heights between 21-feet, 10-inches and 22-feet, 6-inches as they were not attached to the fall protection system provided. U.S. Siding & Cornice LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 840663, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/20/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Josh Valley Lane/Braselton Highway, Lot #20A, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.
