ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED American Packing & Crating of Georgia, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314095035, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Expansion Blvd, Port Wentworth, Georgia.
