29 CFR 1910.110(b)(14)(viii): Fuel supply containers were not gaged and charged only in the open air or in buildings especially provided for that purpose. a) At the fueling area of the facility yard, on May 7, 2014, the employer did not ensure that all propane cylinders used to supply fuel to a propane powered clamp trucks were equipped with a gage to indicate the cylinder's content level, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with explosion, fire, burns, and smoke inhalation. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED
