The marking was not of sufficient durability to withstand the environment involved (a) On, or before, May 29, 2013, employees in the formula processing room were exposed to electrical hazard because identification plates on two Baldor motors were illegible as a result of exposure to wet conditions. The equipment was not marked to demonstrate voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary.
