29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(v)(A): Branch circuits did not originate in an approved power outlet or panelboard: Instance 1: On or about 01/24/2013, in the Warehouse Supervisors' office, the employer did not ensure that the power strip utilized to provide electricity to several pieces of office equipment originated in an approved power outlet; used two (2) - seven (7) outlet power strips connected in series (daisy-chained). Instance 2: On or about 01/24/2013, in the Security Guard House, the employer did not ensure that the power strip utilized to provide electricity to office equipment originated in an approved power outlet; used an eight (8) outlet power strip connected in series (daisy-chained) to a four (4) outlet power strip.
