The employer did not ensure that all of the pendant control buttons were properly labeled, exposing employees to struck-by hazards in the case when the crane could be moved in the unintended direction.      B.     Murotech Ohio Corporation, located at 550 McKinley Rd., Saint Marys, OH 45885: On or about January 23, 2013, the employer failed to ensure that the pendant control, used with the 2-ton Coffing hoist (Serial # EC3E152YED), located on the East side of the press room, was properly maintained. The employer did not ensure that all of the pendant control buttons were properly labeled, exposing employees to struck-by hazards in the case when the crane could be moved in the unintended direction.
