29 CFR 1926.1425(b)(1): While the operator was not moving a suspended load, an employee not engaged in one of the activities described in subsection (b)(1), (b)(2), or (b)(3) was within the fall zone of the load. On or about January 23, 2013, at fire station #37, an employee walked beneath the load, a canopy, suspended from the Grove 45 ton crane, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.
