29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide. On or about February 23, 2021, an employee engaged in steel erection activities was observed standing on top of the mid-rail of the scissor lift that was being used as a platform. This condition exposed an employee to fall hazards above 6 feet.
