29 CFR 1915.132(d): Worn and or frayed electric cables were not taken out of service: a) USCG Bertholf, Star Deck - Noted on 1/24/13, and at times prior theretol, the power cord of a Fostoria heater fan blower (480V/54.2 Amps AC) was damaged through to the insulation. Work may be done in wet or damp locations.
