29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system: On or about January 24, 2013, on the roof of building 8 at the Munoz Manor apartment complex at 10040 Audobon St., 2 employees and the employer were working without any form of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8-ft. to the ground below.
