29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Employees on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 113 Brook Run, Hockessin, DE - Employees observed working on the edge of a residential roof, approximately 20 feet above the ground, without fall protection. The employees were cleaning debris off the roof with a handheld blower. The wind speed was approximately 29 mph. This exposed the employees to fall hazards. The violation was observed on or about December 22, 2012.
