29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):   Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) LORD Corporation / 1635 West 12th Street in Erie, PA: On or about January 28, 2013 an employee operating a Greenard Life-Line T Press manufatured by Westinghouse in the Post Bond area of the facility was injured when the press activated while their hand was at the point of operation.
