29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)VMC Roofing Company @ 236 Sycamore Ave., Johnstown, CO 80534: On and before January 18th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure an employee was protected from injury, in that employees were conducting roofing operations while exposed to a fall hazard. The condition exposed an employee to a 15 foot fall hazard. VMC Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 440753, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on October 25th, 2012, and became Final Order on November 20th, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5060 Rangeland, Loveland, CO 80537. VMC Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 107894, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on October 20th, 2011, and became Final Order on November 9th, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3240 Silverbell Drive, Johnstown, CO 80534.
