29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: 9643 Olive Blvd., Olivette: On 01/31/2013 employees who were working on a low slope commercial roof approximately 22 feet from ground level did not use any forms of fall protection systems such as, but not limited to, guardrail systems, safety net systems, safety monitor systems or personal fall arrest systems. METRO ROOFING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(10), ITEM O1, ISSUED ON 10/28/2011 AND WAS CLOSED ON 01/12/2012.
