JL Adler Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation for this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311374912, Citation Number 1 Item Number 2 and was affirmed as final order on August 19, 2008 with respect to the workplace located at Lincoln Way East High School, Frankfort, IL 60423.
