(a) Golden Aluminum, Inc. at 1405 E. 14th St., Fort Lupton, CO 80621: On and before 1/31/13, every inside storage room was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system.  At the time of the inspection, the mechanical exhaust fan was not operating in the coating storage room.  This condition exposes employees to a fire hazard and solvent vapors.
