OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE: 29 CFR 1910.37(a) (3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) Warehouse - Noted on 1/30/13, and at times prior thereto, the aisle closest to the over head doors was blocked with general debris and did not allow safe, unobstructed passage.
