29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: (a) On or about January 29, 2013, the employer did not provide baseline audiograms to employees exposed to noise above the action level. On February 15, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour TWA exposure of 88 dBA (79.29% dose) while working in the Web Room (Press Auxiliary 2). The employee was monitored for 471 minutes and a zero dose was assumed for the 9 minutes of un-sampled time.
