This condition exposes employees to electrical hazards. (b) Magna Energy Services, 0902 County Road 4, Wiggins, CO 80654: On and before February 5, 2013, the employer did not inspect the outer jacket of the extension cord connected to the local ventilation on the west end of the welding area to ensure the outer jacket was not damaged. This condition exposes employees to electrical hazards. (c) Magna Energy Services, 0902 County Road 4, Wiggins, CO 80654: On and before February 5, 2013, the employer did not inspect the outer jacket of the extension cord connected to the mobile heater in the west end of the welding area to ensure the outer jacket was not damaged. Section 7.1.4.4. Compressed gas containers, cylinders, and tanks in use or in storage shall be secured to prevent them from falling or being knocked over by corralling them to a cart, framework, or fixed object by use of a restraint.
