29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) The workrest on the "Baldor" stand grinder serial #07-302-90 was missing on the right side used for grinding of welding tips. b) The workrest on the "Baldor" stand grinder serial #07-302-90 was not properly adjusted on the left side being 3/4 of an inch from the wheel used for grinding of welding tips.
