29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, enclosures, frames, fittings, and noncurrent-carrying parts that are to serve as grounding conductors, with or without the use of supplementary equipment grounding conductors, were not effectively bonded where necessary to ensure electrical continuity and did not have the capacity to conduct safely any fault current likely to have been imposed on them: a. Carpentry Department: The flexible metal conduit was not adequately connected to the connector at the panel to provide effective electrical bonding for the wood panel saw.
