Location: 7747 Reinhold Drive, Cincinnati, OH On or about 1 February, 2013, The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program. Material safety data sheets and training were not provided to employees using Sheila shine and Grease-buster cleaning products.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Location: 7747 Reinhold Drive, Cincinnati, OH On or about 1 February, 2013, The employer did not evaulate chemcial hazards in the workplace to determine required personal protective equipment. Employees are transfering chemicals (Shinebright and Greasebuster) from large containers to smaller spray containers; employees have no knowledge of what PPE to use with these chemicals.
