29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening: a) Jobsite, St. Ursula Parish located at 3937 Kirk Avenue, Allison Park, PA: On or before 02/06/13, an employee was exposed to a 16 foot fall hazard created by unprotected wall openings ranging from 2 feet to 4 feet wide on either side of a ramp way used to access the building addition constructed at the jobsite.
