Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed due to the company not providing blocks to chock the wheels of the loader, when it is parked on an incline:  a.  On or about February 5, 2013, in the borrow pit, employees had parked a WA480-6 Wheel Loader on an incline and did not chock the wheels, exposing themselves to a crush hazard.
