29 CFR 1910.180(h)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that the crane was not loaded beyond the rated load capacity. a) 523 Woodland Ave., Haddonfield, NJ: Workers were exposed to crushing and struck by hazards when the 1990 National Model 1295 17.5 ton hydraulic crane being used to lift a 19 foot long section of oak tree suddenly tipped over. The weight of the load exceeded the load chart capacity of the crane, causing it to tip over. Observed on or about 2/7/2013. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
