29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. (a) At the north west corner the building (outside) on or about February 7, 2013, a hard hat was not worn by an employee who was dismantling scaffold planking, thus exposing himself to head injuries.
