29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means: a. On or about February 7, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, wiring on the 42nd and 43rd floor used to supply power to the building was not protected against accidental contact, thereby exposing the employees and subcontractor employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights shall not be suspended by their electric cords unless cords and lights are designed for this means of suspension. a. On or about February 7, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees performing construction activities throughout the builiding were exposed to electrical hazards due to the temporary lights having exposed wires and being suspended by wires. Huen Electric, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 419203, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2550 N. Lakeview, Chicago, IL 60614.
