29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means: a. On or about February 7, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, On the 42nd and 43rd floors, wiring used to supply power to the building was not protected against accidental contact, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.

On or about February 7, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, On the 42nd and 43rd floors, employees performing construction activities were exposed to electrical hazards due to the temporary lights having exposed wires and being suspended by their cords.
