29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Employees were exposed to injury/illness from exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer had not implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were informed of the identity and hazards associated with the chemicals they work with. Hazardous chemicals included but were not limited to Rust Con-X, #51 Sandy buff (stone color additive), and #306 Forest Green (stone color additive). 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Employees were exposed to injury/illness form exposure to hazardous chemicals. Employees had not been provided with training and information on the hazards associated with the chemicals in their work area. Hazardous chemicals included but were not limited to Rust Con-X, #51 Sandy Buff (stone color additive), #306 Forest Green (stone color additive). 29 CFR 1903.19(C)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
