On or about 02/07/2013, Cruzan VIRIL Ltd- #3 & #3A Estate Diamond- St. Croix, VI - Fermentation/Urea mixing tank area: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working over a stairway that was not equipped with one stair railing on each side. NOTE: Documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Note: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29. CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
