On or about 02/06/13, at the CMS distillery area, at Cruzan VIRIL, Ltd, St. Croix, VI. The employer did not implement their written hazard communication program to ensure having identity labels on two 55-gallon drums, one containing cooper sulfate and water mixture and another one with anti-foam product (polydimethylsiloxane compound). NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
