29 CFR 1926.405(j)(2)(i): Receptacles connected to circuits having different voltages, frequencies, or types of current (ac or dc) on the same premises were not of such design that the attachment plugs used on these circuits were not interchangeable:    (a) Inside the building under renovation on or about February 14, 2013, a 110 VAC outlet had 220 VAC supplied to it.  The outlet supplied 220 VAC through an extension cord to a 220 VAC Keyang cutoff saw located near the south side exterior of the building.  The plug and outlet on the extension cord were also designed for 110 VAC.
