29 CFR 1926.852(a): No material shall be dropped to any point lying outside the exterior walls of the structure unless the area is effectively protected. Jobsite: Employees were removing debris and throwing debris out of the third floor opening (30feet high) without a chute, exposing workers to a struck by hazards of debris material that were longer than 12 ft in length.
