Location: 175 Orchard Street, Watertown, MA On or about 10/25/22, an employee was permitted to move a mobile scaffold by applying force greater than 5 feet above the supporting surface, resulting in the scaffolding tipping over and an employee being injured.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Location: 175 Orchard Street, Watertown, MA On or about 10/24/22, employees were permitted to work from a mobile scaffold without adequate training by a competent person to recognize hazards.
