Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working at the edge of a roof surface approximately 18-21 feet without proper fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about Feburary 13, 2013 at 1201 NW Tullison Rd Kansas City Missouri 64116. Employees were not provided training in that, they were working on the roof without fall protection.
