29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(B): The employer did not ensure that all medical evaluations and procedures including the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series, post-exposure evaluation, or follow-up, including prophylaxis, were made available to the employee at a reasonable time and place: U.S. Liberator: On or about February 7, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the hepatitis B vaccinination series had not been completed. This condition exposed the employee to bloodborne patohgen hazards including hepatitis B from exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material.
