29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A. Reinhard Boring Technologies, Inc. worksite located at the intersection of Rd. 3 & St. Rt. 65, Columbus Grove, Ohio: On or about February 14, 2013, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries while working below overhead equipment. Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment.
