29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about February 13, 2013 at the above addressed site, a rough terrain forklift was used to support a job made wooden box that was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use while employees worked from it, unloading their tools.
