29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: F/V Blue Pacific: On or about February 7, 2013 and at times prior thereto, where an employee had occupational exposure, the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series had not been provided. This condition exposed the employee to bloodborne-related diseases.
