29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections made by competent persons at the jobsite: a) The employer did not provide sufficient safety inspections of electric scaffolding and extension cords. An employee received an electric shock due to stray electric current when he contacted scaffolding. Extension cords and electric scaffold power cables were being used on the scaffolds. On or about 9/12/2012 NOTE: BECAUSE THIS ITEM WAS CORRECTED DURING THE INSPECTION THE EMPLOYER NEED NOTSUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
