29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective.    On or about February 14, 2013, the high pressure washer located next to the mud pumps at Helmerich and Payne Inc. Drilling Rig #347 site was not grounded, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
