29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) In the Maintenance shop, on or about February 14, 2013 - A tin can containing cutting oil was not labeled with the identity of the hazardous chemical. The Tsudis Chocolate Co, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315562058, citation number 03, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on April 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 610 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
