(a) Galley Area:  On or about 12 February 2013 and times prior thereto, the Dayton galley freezer fan did not have a guard installed.  This condition exposed employees to a caught in hazard.    (b) Food Storage Area:  On or about 12 February 2013 and times prior thereto, the Dayton fan in the storage room did not have a guard installed.  This condition exposed employees to a caught in hazard.
