29 CFR 1915.89(b): The employer did not establish and implement a written program and procedures for lockout and tags-plus systems to control hazardous energy during the servicing of any machinery, equipment, or system in shipyard employment. F/V Vaerdal, Crowley Dock, Engine Room; on or about 06 February 2018 and times prior thereto; the employers written lockout/tagout program was not in accordance with the Shipyard standard for lockout/tags systems. Employer was using the General Industry standard 1910.147. This condition exposed employees to inadequate work standards.
