29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed):    On or about February 13, 2013, on the front side of the Company Man's Trailer, there was two-220V nominal electrical receptacles had missing weatherproof covers. Employees were exposed to electrical shock.
