29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: On or about March 21, 2013, the water pump next to the Company Mans Trailer had its 120V nominal cord run through the wall of the metal containment box, the electrical cord exhibited signs of wear and tear as it rested on the cutout hole. Employees were exposed to electrical shock.
