On or about February 20, 2013 Olsson Roofing Company did not initiate an inspection of a powered material hoisting device known as a "laddervator" and as a "transporter" prior to employee use of the equipment. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
